Refund policy
① What should I do if I find missing parts during assembly?
Answer: Due to the nature of the building blocks being mostly small pieces, if
parts are lost or damaged, please circle the missing/lost/damaged parts on the
instruction manual, note the quantity, take a photo, and send it to our customer
service. We will free补发 (reissue) the accessories once.
② Some parts of the received building blocks do not have packaging?
Answer: Not all parts come with packaging, especially larger parts, which often
do not have packaging bags. The instruction manual is also mostly not
individually packaged; everything is shipped as is.
③ There are scratches on the building block parts, and the packaging is
scattered/burst?
Answer: Scratches on the building blocks may occur due to friction during
transportation. Scattered/burst packaging may also result from squeezing during
transit or sharp parts puncturing the packaging bag. However, the quality of the
building blocks will not affect assembly and use. Please rest assured.
④ Regarding returns and exchanges?
Answer: Please confirm that the product is undamaged before signing for
delivery. If damage, stains, deformation, or unsealing due to personal reasons
affects resale, 7-day no-questions-asked returns/exchanges are not supported.
If missing parts are found in opened building blocks, we will free补发 (reissue)
them, but returns/exchanges are not supported.
